The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. IFC promotes sustainable private sector investment in developing countries as a way to reduce poverty and improve people's lives. IFC offers investment products and advisory services to private sector and government clients. The Program Manager, Sustainable Forestry position in Indonesia involves developing a major advisory services program, but also entails significant collaboration with investment colleagues.

IFC's strategy in Indonesia is to combine investments and advisory services to improve the policy environment for doing business, expand access to finance for currently underserved firms and households, strengthen socially and environmentally sustainable supply chains to benefit large numbers of smallholders and SMEs (e.g., agribusiness and forestry), and build sustainable infrastructure, especially in rural areas. Addressing the challenge of climate change forms the foundation of the Sustainable Forestry program, and is also a strategic thread that is woven throughout all IFC's programs in Indonesia.

Indonesia is currently the world's third largest emitter of greenhouse gases, and land use change (e.g. deforestation, destruction of peat lands) account for the overwhelming majority of those emissions. In addition, the country's fossil fuel emissions are expected to triple over the next 25 years. The Sustainable Forestry program will draw on IFC's substantial global experience to foster the adoption of appropriate sustainable forest management standards by industry groups and to work with firms to demonstrate the "business case" for adopting those standards.

IFC's Sustainable Forestry program builds on the belief that constructively engaging the private sector is the key to finding a solution to Indonesia's deforestation crisis before it is too late. The program will define an influential niche in the crowded Indonesian forestry landscape, with a focus on IFC's core mandate of building private sector capacity to promote sustainable forestry practices in Indonesia. This approach complements many others active in the sector, who tend to focus on grassroots development strategies and the enforcement of government regulations.

The Position:
The Program Manager will develop IFC's Sustainable Forestry program in Indonesia - a major pillar of the advisory services program. In addition, the Program Manager will serve as the Indonesia champion for integrating environmentally sustainable and socially responsible approaches across all of IFC's work in the country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

. Lead the design, development, and implementation of IFC's Sustainable Forestry program in Indonesia;
. Manage the program including developing and delivering detailed work plans, budgets, and output for the program, monitoring and reporting on the impact and effectiveness of the program activities;
. Manage and build the capacity of a small team of experts and project managers, and leverage a much larger pool of internal IFC and other Indonesian and international expertise;
. Design, manage, coordinate, and monitor subcontracts and consultancies and provide general supervision, guidance and mentoring to program staffs under his/her supervision;
. Provide strategic leadership and mainstream environmental and social concerns across all IFC programs to promote its inclusion from business strategy to project implementation;
. Support the investment program by working with IFC investment officers and environmental and social specialists to help clients identify opportunities in the sustainable forest management or broader climate change arena in Indonesia;
. Actively engage in networking activities, internally and externally, related to forestry, sustainability and climate change issues. This work to be undertaken within the context of the region's management matrix and through IFC's existing sustainability knowledge network and forestry community of practice. Sharing of knowledge of relevant systems, processes, issues and resources at the national (Indonesian) level for the private sector is a key focus;
. Systematically capture and share lessons learned across the organization and ensure synergy with other advisory business lines;
. Present IFC Indonesia's forestry activities at external events in order to exchange lessons learned and build/ maintain professional contacts;
. Develop close working relationships with relevant World Bank and IFC staff and other key actors for sustainable forest management in Indonesia;
. Participate as a core member of the IFC Indonesia management team.


. Ten or more years of relevant experience working in/with the private sector to advance issues of sustainable development;
. Advance degree in Business, Management or Finance with additional academic background in forestry, natural resource management or a related discipline;
. Demonstrated experience in program management, including strategy and business planning, budget and staff management, supervision as well as monitoring and evaluation; and building internal and external support within an organization;
. Ability to integrate a team with different skills and responsibility areas under a common vision and create an environment conducive to teamwork, openness, continuous learning and innovation;
. Strong client and results orientation as proven by a track record of concrete achievements;
. Good network within field of forestry and market-based sustainability solutions;

Deputy Operations Superintendent Offshore (OPS-REC001)  - This position is responsible for Interfacing with the Contractor's offshore representative in all matters relating to safe operation on the MOPU. This position will be a key contact to the Management of well operations and reservoir management. Required Experience: 15 years

Maintenance Supervisor (OPS-REC005) - You will be responsible for the overall maintenance of all main utilities, machineries, compressor and production equipment ensuring maximum operational availability in order to support the continuity of production operations. Required Experience: 10 years
Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer (OPS-REC006) - Responsible for overseeing the Instrumentation and Electrical requirements for on/offshore facilities here in Indonesia. Besides providing Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering, you will also responsible for power distribution design, technical specification, equipment / vendor selection, inspection/ testing, and commissioning assistance for all electrical and power generation facilities. Required Experience: 5-7 years.
Maintenance Engineer (OPS-REC007)- You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance Engineering requirements for on/offshore facilities here in Indonesia. You will provide technical support with a focus on machinery performance across Santos' operational sites. Required Experience: 5-7 years
Process Engineer (OPS-REC008) - Responsible for overseeing the multi-disciplined Engineering requirements for on/offshore facilities here in Indonesia.  You are also responsible  for identifying and understanding processing constraints, the development of operating procedures and plans to allow operating risks to be managed effectively. Required Experience: 5-7 years
Safety Officer / Paramedics (OPS-REC009) - Responsible for the implementation of and championing the Santos EHS Management system to operations and contractor staff as well as providing support services to the Deputy Production Superintendents and field staff is the responsibility of Safety Officer/ Paramedics. Rekruitment Pegawai PLN TINGKAT S1 - D3 TAHUN 2008 tanggal 12-26 Juli 2008

PT PLN (Persero) dengan visi diakui sebagai perusahaan kelas dunia yang bertumbuh-kembang, unggul dan tepercaya dengan bertumpu pada potensi insani,  membuka kesempatan kepada putra-putri Indonesia terbaik untuk bergabung dan berkembang bersama menjadi Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) melalui program Rekrutmen Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Tingkat S1 – D3 tahun 2008. 
Peserta rekrutmen yang lolos seleksi penerimaan akan dididik untuk menempati posisi sebagai assistant / junior analyst, assistant / junior officer, assistant / junior engineer dan assistant / junior operator sesuai dengan kompetensinya dan ditempatkan di seluruh Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di luar Jawa – Bali.
Proses Rekrutmen Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) menggunakan sistem gugur, meliputi tahapan :
1.       Pendaftaran melalui Registrasi Online
2.       Verifikasi Dokumen
3.       Tes / Seleksi
4.       Diklat Prajabatan
 Tes / Seleksi meliputi :
a.       General Aptitude Test (GAT).
b.       Tes Akademis dan Bahasa Inggris.
c.        Tes Psikologi dan Diskusi Kelompok.
d.       Wawancara.
e.       Tes Kesehatan.
Diklat Prajabatan dilaksanakan selama + 12 bulan meliputi :
a.       Orientasi Lapangan
b.       Pengenalan Perusahaan.
c.        Pembidangan.
d.       On The Job Training (OJT).
Selama mengikuti Diklat Prajabatan status peserta adalah "Siswa Diklat Prajabatan".  Siswa yang lulus Diklat Prajabatan akan diangkat sebagai Pegawai PT PLN (Persero) dan ditempatkan pada posisi jabatan di seluruh Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di luar Jawa – Bali.
1.  UMUM
a.  Tes/Seleksi penerimaan dilaksanakan di : Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Makassar.
b.  Batas Usia :       
 S1 : Kelahiran 1982 dan sesudahnya
 D3 : Kelahiran 1985 dan sesudahnya.
c.   Bidang Studi sesuai dengan jabatan yang dilamar.
d.  IPK : 2,75 untuk S1/D3 Teknik dan 3,00 untuk S1/D3 non teknik.
e.  Satu pelamar hanya diperbolehkan memilih 1 (satu) kode jabatan saja sesuai bidang studi yang dimiliki.
f.   Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mendaftar pada posisi jabatan yang sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan yang dipersyaratkan.
g. Sehat jasmani dan rohani untuk melaksanakan tugas pekerjaan di PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia.
h. Tidak dipungut biaya apapun untuk mengikuti tes/seleksi dan Diklat Prajabatan yang diselenggarakan oleh PT PLN (Persero).
i.  Semua pengumuman/panggilan yang berkaitan dengan rekrutmen ini menggunakan website PT PLN (Persero). Pelamar wajib memantau secara terus menerus pengumuman yang akan ditayangkan di website PT PLN (Persero).
j.  Tidak ada korespondensi berkaitan dengan rekrutmen ini.
k. Keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

a.    Lakukan registrasi lamaran melalui situs Saat pengisian agar dipastikan untuk mengisi formulir dengan benar dan lengkap karena pelamar hanya bisa mengisi formulir satu kali dan tidak dapat diubah setelah menekan tombol Daftar.

b.   Kesalahan pengisian sehingga mengakibatkan pelamar tidak lolos pada tahap registrasi ini menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pelamar dan pelamar tidak berhak untuk mengikuti tahap berikutnya.

c.    Setelah tombol Daftar di klik, akan muncul halaman untuk mencetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos. Berkas ini diperlukan pada tahap selanjutnya (Verifikasi Dokumen).  Pelamar yang tidak lolos/gugur tidak bisa melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.

d.    Cetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran tersebut, yaitu:

1.   Surat Lamaran.

2.   Daftar Riwayat Hidup.

3.   Surat Pernyataan tentang bersedia ditempatkan di Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia dan tidak terlibat penyalahgunaan narkoba.

e.   Isi dan tanda tangani seluruh berkas lamaran tersebut di atas. Khusus untuk Surat Pernyataan, agar ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,00.

f.     Lengkapi berkas lamaran dengan seluruh dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan, yaitu:

1.       Surat Keterangan sehat dan tidak buta warna;

2.       Foto kopi akte/surat kelahiran

3.       Foto kopi ijazah terakhir atau surat keterangan lulus yang dilegalisir

4.       Foto kopi transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir

5.       Foto kopi KTP yang masih berlaku

6.       Pasfoto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4X6 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar

g.   Masukkan semua berkas lamaran dan dokumen pendukung ke dalam satu map untuk diserahkan pada saat verifikasi dokumen.  Waktu dan tempat verifikasi dokumen akan diberitahukan sewaktu-waktu melalui e-mail atau melalui website PT PLN (Persero).

h.    Apabila pada saat verifikasi dokumen ada ketidak sesuaian antara dokumen dan data pelamar yang diisikan pada formulir Registrasi Online, maka pendaftar dinyatakan tidak lolos atau gugur.

i.      Pelamar yang tidak lolos seleksi Registrasi Online, tidak perlu menyerahkan dokumen untuk verifikasi.



Untuk menghemat waktu akses dan mengurangi kesalahan data pada saat pelamar mengisi formulir di Registrasi Online, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan. Pelamar dapat juga memasukkan file scan pas foto dengan besar file maksimal 200 Kb.


5.  LAIN – LAIN.

Tes/Seleksi bersifat nasional untuk seluruh lokasi tes, dilaksanakan dengan metoda dan ketentuan / persyaratan yang sama.

Pelamar yang sudah pernah mengirimkan lamaran sebelumnya dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan diwajibkan mengajukan kembali sesuai ketentuan di atas.

Surat lamaran yang telah dikirim/diterima tidak dapat ditarik kembali.
