HRD Manager

Currently our client is Industrial chemical supplier in Indonesia.
Their group in Supply Chain area looking for currently is looking
for suitable candidates for:

HR Manager
- Indonesian, 32- 40 years, University S-1 Degree, Law,
Management. Those with Post Graduate study (S-2) in Advance Human
Resources Management will be preferred.
- Hands-on individual, 5- 10 years experience in Human
Resources Management, with at least 3-5 years experience at
Managerial level with reputable multinational / national supply
Chain Company.
- Excellent human resources background, core competency in
employee compensation and benefits, personnel administration,
industrial relations, employee communications and people development
- Experienced in developing and implementing salary
administration practice, compensation & benefits program, employee
activities program, employee opinion survey and training program.
- A self- starter, strong team work skills, resourceful, and
flexibility to cope with shifting priorities and demanding work
hours, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, proven ability to
develop and enhance team performance and be able as change catalyst
& initiator.
- Deep awareness and understanding of strategic and
operational aspects of the supply chain business.
- Must be computer literate.

� Job Scope:
- Oversee, manage and control all facets of HR function,
including support and provide to the Board of Directors with
appropriate HR and strategic and legal advice, particularly on the
Labor act and its implementation.
- Lead and manage all facets of HR operation & administration
to ensure fair and consistent practices. Develop and ensure
remuneration policy are implemented equitably and competitively
rewarded in accordance with the company policy and strategy.
- Ensure that internal grading and job evaluation system
across the group operates effectively to meet the company objectives.
- Develop competency based Human Resources system to build
recruitment, training and development system, and succession plan
and career path. Coordinate all aspects of selection & recruitment,
training and development.
