Vacancy : Technical Support (based in Malaysia)

In support of our operation in Malaysia as part of Emerio's strategy to
strengthen its presence in Asia, we are inviting young, intelligent and
dynamic resources to fulfill following position:

Technical Support - IT Call Center (Based in Malaysia)

Position Summary:

Acts as an initial contact point for all customers who need their
computer issues to be fixed. This will include calls from new customers;
existing customers with problems; customer Help Centre; email or

Requirements :

* Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline with at least
1 year related working experience
* Advance Diploma/Diploma holders in Computer Science/IT related
discipline with a minimum of 3 years working experience in providing
direct support to end-users either in customer service/field engineering
or corporate help desk are also encouraged to apply
* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work
with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical
understanding and ability in international environment
* Strong understanding and technical ability for PC, Software
systems and applications supported and sold by Dell Asia Pacific Sdn
* Speak, read and write proficiently in English.
* Able to work rotating shifts including 24X7

* Possess professional certification from Microsoft/Red Hat/Novell
will have an added advantage
