HR SPECIALIST

Requirements

* Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource
* Age max. 33 years old
* Strategic thinking
* High degree of self-initiative
* Well organized and able to prioritize various topics
* Detailed and careful working attitude
* Actively approach improvement areas within assigned area and ability to solve them independently
* Customer Focused - Strong service mentality to serve our customers
* Able to negotiate and discuss critical HR topics with Management
* Able to communicate on all hierarchy levels
* Able to lead and guide people without having disciplinary responsibility
* Showing the potential to be a HR Business Partner


The Job

1. Provide support for employees and supervisors regarding personnel issues;
2. Support the implementation of personnel activities; correspondence; general office and administrative tasks;
3. Work in various projects related to Human Capital Development;
4. Act as a Business Partner to the Management and give good advices and support on human capital development.
