Responsibilities :
•Responsible to manage the needs of the company which encompasses the staffing requirements, review, recruitment, hiring, counseling and training activities for the company in order to ensure the effective process of employee hiring and employee development as company standard
•Leading manpower planning and implementation for head office and regional branches, as well as coordination with other departments
•Initiating the performance management process (i.e performance appraisal based on competency and key performance indicator evaluation) for the company
•Develop policies in accordance with corporate strategies and guidelines
•Arrangement of Job Description, Job Specification and SOP

Requirements :
•Male/female, max 40 years old
•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
•At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Property Developer Company)
•Posses good presentation, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
•A team player who takes initiative and able to work under pressure
•Computer literacy ( MS Office & Internet)
•Knowledge of labor regulations, negotiations, human behavior and performance
•Willing to travel

Free classifieds ads are now as an option to advertise a product, idea, or services offered


Advertising is a form of communication used to entice viewers, readers or listeners to take some reaction to the product, idea, or services offered.

In general, the desired result is to drive consumer behavior on the commercial offerings.

Advertisements in newspapers are usually short, because they charge each row and column. Classified ads are a very common form of advertising in classified ads online and is now distributed free of charge.

Ads are usually paid for by sponsors and viewed through a variety of traditional media such as newspapers, magazines, television commercials, radio ads, outdoor advertising or direct mail.
Currently emerging new media such as websites. The website is to complement the existing traditional media.

Fees paid by the sponsor will usually be covered from the reaction of the audience, such as buying a product, use the services or even read the ads themselves.

Metallurgical Engineering


PT Teknologi Energi Terpadu is a growing company in Coal Gasifier Industry and expanding to a Coal Gassifier Power Plan, domicile in Tangerang, will require some personnel that ready to accept challenges to join us.

We're seeking for strong analytical, highly motivated for self
improvement, proactive, cooperative and good team work candidates for the
following positions:

Metallurgical Engineering (code-ME) :
1. Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering
2. Male, max 28 years old
3. Computer literate (Ms Office, Excel)
4. Fresh Graduates will be considerate
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written
6. Be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

Drafter (code - DRF) :
1. Male/Female, max 26 years old
2. Education min High School (SMK) major in Mechanical
3. Have at least 1 year experiance in same posisition (as drafter)
4. Fully understand autocad 2D and 3D, such us piping, mechanical
drawing,structure, and instrumentation drawing.
5. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Civil Engineering (code - CE):
1. Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering from reputable University with
Minimum GPA 3.0
2. Could design building structure from steel as well as concrete. 3. Good
understanding with supporting component of steel structure, like: gusset,
Bracing, stiffner etc.
4. Good understanding in building foundation production method.
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
6. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.

Mechanical/Energy Conversion (code - MEC):
1. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering with Minimum GPA 3.0
2. Good understanding with heat transfer process, and phase changing.
3. Good understanding with concept of pressure, volume and fluid temperature
4. Excellent proficiency in Energy Conversion Machine
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
6. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.

Instrument Engineering (code - IE)
1. Bachelor degree of Physical Engineering/Electrical
Engineering/Instrument Engineering with Minimum GPA 2.75
2. Good understanding in PID
3. Good understanding in controling process
4. Good understanding with various control Instrument, like: PLC, HMI and DCS
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
6. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.

Mechanical/Structural Design (code - MSD):
1. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering with Minimum GPA 3.0
2. Good understanding with Manufacturing process.
3. Good understanding with Loading process and direction and also material
strength.
4. Good understanding with welding process and the analysis of the weld
strength.
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
6. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.

Mechanical/Energy Conversion (code - MEC):
1. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering with Minimum GPA 3.0
2. Good understanding with heat transfer process, and phase changing.
3. Good understanding with concept of pressure, volume and fluid temperature
4. Excellent proficiency in Energy Conversion Machine
5. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)

Power Plant Engineering (code - PPE):
1. Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering(Power Plant) with Minimum GPA3.0
2. Good understanding with High Voltage Equipment.
3. Good understanding with High Voltage Protection and Electrical Grounding.
4. Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
5. Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.
6. Preferably capable to design power generation & power distribution
