1.Business Analyst
Requirement:
- Strong Knowledge of Finance & Distribution Business Process.
- Experience in implementing ERP System.
- Experience testing processes end to end for both functional results and
volume/negative/stress scenarios.
- Experience in writing functional design specifications and communicating these
requirements to technical developers and end business users.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to trace complex process and data
flows.
- 5+ years Experience as Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication, organizational, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives,
managers, and customers
Preferred Skill :
- Experience in BPM Tools (Power Designer preferred).
- Experience in working with raw, transactional data using tools such as Toad,
query, SQL queries, etc.
- Experience in Oracle Databases
- Experience in Business Intelligence(BI)

2. System Analyst
- Knowledge of Business Process in general.
- Experience in implementing ERP System.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience testing processes end to end for both functional results and
volume/negative/stress scenarios.
- Experience in writing functional design specifications and communicating these
requirements to technical developers and end business users.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to trace complex process and data
flows.
- 3+ years Experience as System Analyst.
- Excellent communication, organizational, written and presentation skills.
- Experience in working with raw, transactional data using tools such as Toad,
query, SQL queries, etc.
- Experience in design Data Model using BPM Tools (Power Designer preferred).
- Experience in working with raw, transactional data using tools such as Toad,
query, SQL queries, etc.
- Experience in Oracle Databases
Preferred Skill :
- Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI)

3. Technical Writer
- Experience in writing Software Requirements Specification (SRS), User Manual,
Help and other Technical Documentations.
- 3+ years experience writing technical documentation
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong Skills in Ms.Office

Preferred Skill :
- Experience in Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PaintShop
- Experience in Help Builder tools like RoboHelp, etc
