1. Oil Tools Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Direct and develop comprehensive account management plans to grow revenue; ensure strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the geographical area of responsibility
- Direct and develop a sales team at client level within the area.
- Develop training plans for client facing staff.
- Establish positive relationships with key clients, focused on management level.
- Analyze competitor intelligence on products and strategies.
- Maintain strategies for market share gain/product launch with marketing/engineering personnel.
- Acquire comprehensive understanding of clients / focus areas.
- Establish performance matrix for customer profitability, account goals and account strategies at managed accounts.
- Report accurate market intelligence within the managed accounts for total available market, market share position, competitor strategies and growth opportunities.
- Track strategic projects, ensure proper strategies are implemented and coordinate project specific requirements with appropriate region groups.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews with Product Line Representatives to follow up on strategies and review performance.
- Ensure region pricing strategies are followed at managed accounts.

Education/Experience

- Bachelor degree in science or engineering field, ideally supplemented by a marketing or business qualification.
- Oilfield experience in completions and intervention products and services.
- 8+ years experience in relevant experience in a multi-national organization; 3+ years direct experience in client facing roles.

Skills Requirement

- Demonstrated success in technical sales in a business-to-business environment.
- Knowledge of well completion and intervention products and services and their applications.
- Demonstrated success in leading a team.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to lead team-oriented environment.
- Thorough understanding of customer business requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
· Assists in the selection of the reference vendor quotation
· Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure the latest pricing, new suppliers sourcing and lead times are updated so that creation of costing are accurate and timely
· Assist in the bid cost structure definition
· Analyze the tender documents and study the scope of work, project’s schedule, potential major resources and construction equipment to be utilized
· Develops the bid cost estimate of project construction activities and services
· Prepares the bid price breakdown and any prices/cost details
· Ensures the assessment of costs/schedule of all project activities
· Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates

Requirement:
· 7 to 10 years experience gained preferably in the oil & gas sector
· Bachelor degree in Engineering/Management

· Must have proven experience in preparing cost estimates for high value oil and gas developments
· Able to operate MS Office (Excel/Word/Project), Primavera

To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions.

PROJECT CONTROLS:

1. COST SPECIALIST (Code: CS)

The candidate should have at least Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines with at least 5 years of experience in a Cost Specialist role. Familiar with forecasting, trending, change management, management system and cost knowledge.

2. SCHEDULER / PLANNER (Code: SC/PL)

The candidate should have Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines and experience to operate PRIMAVERA / MICROSOFT PROJECTS. Familiar using Critical Path Method - Analyze schedule, produces curves, histograms and Bar chart schedules, develop and implement physical progress measurement systems.

OTHERS:

1. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERS (Code: PE)

The candidate should come from Recognized University degree in respective discipline with at least 10-15 years relevant experience in Multinational and Local Engineering and/or construction Companies of Offshore/Onshore in Oil and Gas facilities, Refining and Petrochemicals Projects. Holding certification as a Licensed / Chartered Professional Engineer. Possess Leadership Skills and Team Alignment Focus.

2. PDMS ADMINISTRATOR (Code: PDMS)

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7-10 years experience in oil & gas and petrochemical facilities and at least 4-5 years experience especially in PDMS software administration. Should be well versed with all aspects of PDMS software including project set up, cats & specs, MDS, DM, and MOM etc along with a good understanding of relevant engineering codes & practices for offshore and onshore design.

3. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (Code: IM)

The candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Information System or Engineering with at least 2 - 6 years related IM/IT support, CAD design/engineering, Document Management, or other related experience. Has a good understanding of the requirement for life cycle project information and data.

4. SPECIALIST HSE (Code: S-HSE)

The candidate should have at least a Degree or Diploma in Health

Safety and Environment Management or related disciplines with at least 2-6 years experience in HSE role, such as coordinate various activities in implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines. Conduct of inspections and -assessments, record keeping and other general administrative duties. Familiar with Facility and Construction HSE programs, and applicable regulatory requirements. Specialized training or professional registration as EHS practitioner or auditor is preferred.

5. SPECIALIST QUALITY ASSURANCE (Code: S-QA)

The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree in Engineering

or related disciplines with at least 3-5 years experience in providing specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality Management and Quality Program, including management system development, specialized inspection and testing techniques, statistical methods, and audits. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability of the operations.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Good command of both written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia.

- Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills & Team player

- Good HSE Awareness and trustworthy
