2. Senior Software Developer (Jakarta Based)

You should have:
� At least three (3) years experience as Junior Software Developer with
design/development experience
� Very familiar with Java programming, have a good basic concept understanding

Carut-Marut Pemilu 2009


Anggapan bahwa Pemilu 2009 akan lebih baik dari 2004 musnah sudah. Banyaknya kekurangan-kekurangan yang tidak segera diperbaiki oleh KPU 2009 menjadi penyebabnya.
Sehari menjelang Pemilu 2009, banyak rekan-rekan yang merasa heran bahwa dirinya tidak mendapatkan kartu untuk memilih. Padahal jauh-jauh hari sudah terungkap di suatu daerah pada Pilkada yang lalu adanya penggelembungan DPT. Kenapa KPU tidak cepat merespon hal ini, dengan cara memperbaharui data DPT? Selain masalah DPT, ada pelanggaran-pelanggaran lain yang terjadi seperti: surat suara yang tertukar antar daerah pemilihan dan KPU ingin menyatakan hal ini sah, manipulasi surat suara dan ditutupnya proses pemungutan suara sebelum waktunya.

Kenapa Pemilu 2009 lebih buruk dari Pemilu 2004? Sejumlah alasan diduga sebagai penyebabnya adalah:
• KPU 2009 bekerja dari nol, bukan kelanjutan dari KPU 2004
• Anggota KPU 2009 tidak lebih baik dari anggota KPU 2004
• Lemahnya lembaga pengawasan kinerja KPU 2009

Salah satu tokoh politik yang geram dengan kinerja KPU 2009 adalah Gus Dur. Jauh-jauh hari sebelumnya beliau memprediksikan pemilu harus diundur. Pelaksanaan Pemilu 2009 ternyata mengecewakan sebagian besar masyarakat. Bagaimana mungkin seseorang dipaksa menjadi Golput karena mereka tidak mendapat undangan untuk memilih?
Adalah Partai PDI-P, Hanura dan Gerindra yang menyatakan akan membawa kasus pelanggaran-pelanggaran Pemilu 2009 ini ke jalur hukum.
KPU 2009 menyatakan sudah mengantisipasi kemungkinan pelanggaran-pelanggaran dibawa ke jalur hukum. Jika ini terjadi, maka akankah terulang kisah pahit anggota KPU 2004 yang berujung ke pengadilan dan menggiring beberapa anggotanya ke penjara?

Semoga hal-hal diatas menjadi pelajaran untuk KPU 2009 dalam melaksanakan Pemilu Presiden 2009. Jika Pemilu Presiden 2009 tidak kunjung membaik, dikhawatirkan hasilnya tidak mendapat pengakuan dari sebagian besar Partai. Suatu ongkos Politik yang harus dibayar mahal oleh rakyat Indonesia.

MINE PLAN MANAGER


Our client, a Coal Mining Operation Company, urgently required the following position: MINE PLAN MANAGER
Duties:
-Provide all operational plans, professional technical support and coordinate activities/communication between mine operations personnel and mine planning with an emphasis on long term planning and strategic option evaluation and analysis.
-Ensure layouts and plans are delivered in timely manner.
-Develop and implement medium to long term plus ensuring budgeted target are met and ensure these plans are delivered in a timely manner.
-Assist with evaluation of potential reserve acquisitions, conducting reserve analysis, identifying mine development opportunities and developing economic models. Coordinate with drafts person in development of property and mine maps and mining and recovery analysis studies.

Requirements:
-Male with age 40 to 45
-Degree qualified in Mine Engineering or related discipline
-Above 5 years experiences in a mining environment, with a detail knowledge of mining and project environments, preferable experience in coal mining.
-High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of mine planning
-Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in a team
-Willing to work together with major contractor in achieving an excellent result.
-Significant and proven open cut mining experiences, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
-Experience in the mining industry
-Posses Chief Technical Mining License (KTT)
-Driven to achieve the highest Integrity, Health, Safety.
-Proven experience in mine planning would be desirable skill with the support of operational background.
