5. TURN OVER ENGINEER (TOE)

a.. To supervise and to monitor the Test Subcontractor's work with regards HSE Safety aspec, and the Piping Pneumatic/ Hydraulic.
b.. To perform the detailed Line Checking, and to punch out the outstanding items and to check the Piping Re-Instatement of Sub-System as assigned.
c.. To monitor the Subcontractor's utilization of Manpower and Construction Equipment to suit the site priorities.
d.. To coordinate with Pre-Commissioning/ Commissioning Group, Painting/ Insulation, Instrumentation and Equipment Supervisors about the Piping Tests Schedule and Sequence as nacessary.
e.. Has at least 5 years experience in Project Security in Construction Industry for Oli & Gas processing, Petrochemical or Refinery Process plants.

One of our clients, an International Mining Company is involved with a number of projects and is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position for :
JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
( MBP 211 - 98 - 4 )
The requirements are as follows :
S1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
Single, not more than 30 years old
Having at least 2-3 years experience in project environment and / or bulk handling equipment & process in Mining Company
Main duties will consist of subcontractor management, design co-ordination, liaison with designers, control of materials and plant, budgets, as well as ensuring that existing elements of the project remain operational
Having knowledge and experience in Mechanical installation techniques and standards
Strong interpersonal skill in a team, self motivated, independent, familiar with working under pressure environment
Good written and spoken English
Computer literate
Work location is in Job Site
Salary is to be negotiated
