You can make a lot of $$ as an RN if you're willing to work in an ICU, ER, or OR in a major metropolitan city and do overtime. I work with quite a few nurses who make over $100,000/year with doing one extra 12/hr shift per week for 48 hours total. They are critical care nurses who work night shift and some weekends. All medical jobs are demanding but all Dr.'s and NP's take their work home with them and are on call all the time. RN's, rad tech's, respiratory etc can get the over time if they want it but make less then dr's but don't take their work home with them.

The Bank

The Role
Reporting to the CEO, as Head of Banking Operations, you will be the driving force in reorganizing its back office and middle office functions to centralize most of the non-front office-related activities - Operations, Treasury and Client Relations. The Person
An exceptional Operations Officer from an international Investment banking background, your experience will be strongly biased towards middle and back office activities. You will have operational Treasury and Capital Markets experience and proven experience of (or capacity to) build on existing client servicing department with a ‘hands-on’ build approach. Experience in emerging markets is required in order to thrive in this fast-pace-growth environment. Entrepreneurship is key, in order to fit with the “start-up” culture of the bank, where enthusiasm, reactivity, openness to new development is a must. Personal flexibility and the ability to work with a demanding, performance-driven, hands-on and very focused CEO is critical. This role requires outstanding communication skills coupled with a very diplomatic and culturally sensitive manner ideally gained in an Islamic financial institution. Those with Arabic language skills will be at a distinct advantage but not at the expense of operational excellence.
