1. International Trade in Services Specialist: 6 months full time.
2. International Trade in Logistics Services Specialist: 1 month over a 4 month period
Background
TAMF has provided assistance to the Ministry of Trade since July 2005 by supplying international trade in services policy advice and by addressing some of its training needs. The policy advice assistance includes providing advice to formulate international trade in services negotiating positions and strategies and undertaking policy research and analysis on services to support international trade negotiations.

The Government of Indonesia is seeking policy research and analysis work on Indonesia?s international trade in logistics services, to improve the efficiency of the domestic economy including the export and import of goods. Consequently an International Trade in Services Team comprising (1) a Senior International Trade in Services Specialist and (2) a and? International Trade in Logistics Services Specialists is sought. Both individual consultants for either role OR firms supplying both positions may apply.

The consultants will work with the Ministry of Trade staff as part of a small project team to undertake this work. The team will conduct a wide range of consultations with key stakeholders to determine negotiating positions and strategies for Indonesia on international trade in logistics services. These consultations will be the basis for preparing and communicating a draft report on international trade in logistics services. The report is likely to include an international trade strategy for Indonesia?s trade in services and what Indonesia could be requesting and offering at international trade negotiations. The consultancy will also include providing support in progressing an international trade in services strategy and negotiating guide for the Government of Indonesia.

The Senior International Trade in Services Specialist will spend 6 months full time working at the TAMF Trade Policy office at the Ministry of Trade. He / she will spend 4 months working on logistics services and 2 months further developing an international trade in services strategy and negotiation guide. The Senior International Trade in Logistics Services Specialist will spend one month over a 4 month period providing expert input in to the policy research and analysis work on Indonesia?s international trade in logistics services.

The consultants will aim to assist Indonesia to further develop its international trade in services policy and build capacity within the Ministry of Trade to independently undertake policy research and analysis on trade in services.

Consultancy Objectives
Assist the Government of Indonesia prepare a policy research and analysis paper on Indonesia?s international trade in logistics services and support the further development of an international trade in services strategy and negotiating guide.

Selection Criteria: Senior International Trade in Services Specialist
1. Experience in undertaking policy research and analysis on international trade in services;
2. Knowledge and understanding of international trade in services issues, WTO agreements, the
Indonesian economy and Indonesian trade policy issues;
3. Ability to work with Ministry of Trade staff and build the capacity of those staff to independently
undertake policy research and analysis on international trade in services; and
4. Relevant consulting experience in emerging economies.

Selection Criteria: Senior International Trade in Logistics Services Specialist
1. Specialist knowledge in International Trade in Logistics Services
2. Experience in undertaking policy research and analysis on international trade in Logistics
services;
3. Ability to work with and build the capacity Ministry of Trade staff; and
4. Relevant consulting experience in emerging economies.

Architectural Drafter Responsibilities:
  • Architectural drafter complete architects' and other designers' concepts by preparing drawings, estimates and plans and liaising with builders and contractors.
  • Prepare architectural drawings, showing internal and external layouts of the buildings
  • Analyse architects' or other designers' concepts, and prepare preliminary sketches and detailed instructions
  • Use computers or manually produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation
  • Prepare working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials and finishes, as well as other aspects such as layouts, plumbing, drainage, car parking and landscaping
  • Calculate the quantity and quality of materials needed, material and labor costs and project completion dates
  • Interpret client briefs and prepare and develop sketch plans for client approval

  • Represent or assist architects on building sites to make sure that plans and specifications are followed

  • Prepare a 'Bill of Quantities', which lists the individual components required to construct the project.

  • Assess and recommend payment to contractors during construction.
  • Prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts for clients and tax depreciation schedules.
  • Undertake feasibility studies to assist in decisions about the worth of a project proceeding.
  • Act as consultants to business.
  • Prepare and administer tenders and contract documents.

Requirements:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
  • The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
  • Serves as the company's representative, supervising and coordinating the construction process of construction projects. Ensures compliance with Local authority requirements.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and management in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project management team on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

  • Interior designers design and supervise the construction or redevelopment of building interiors.

  • Develop designs that are appropriate, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Advice clients on the selection of color schemes, layout, lighting, furniture, floor coverings, curtains, paint, wallpaper and hardware products (e.g. curtain fittings).
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for interior construction, materials, finishes, space planning, lighting, furnishings and equipment.
  • Estimate costs of materials, labor and time, and give estimates to clients for approval.
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation and arrangement of furniture and furnishings.
  • Inspect the work of suppliers and manufacture, and maintain time, cost and quality controls.
  • Work with specialists in technical areas concerned with fire, hydraulics, and mechanical, electrical and structural design, making sure that industry regulations are met.

  • Design exhibitions, commercial display stands or stage, film and television production sets.

      1. Mengisi Formulir Lamaran yang tersedia secara online pada website CPNS BPK-RI mulai tanggal 19 Desember 2007 sampai dengan tanggal 29 Desember 2007 untuk memperoleh bukti registrasi pendaftaran yang print out-nya harus dilampirkan bersama berkas lamaran.
      2. Mengirimkan Berkas Lamaran yang dilampiri print out bukti registrasi pendaftaran dan diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 8 Januari 2008 serta ditujukan kepada :

    2. Berkas Lamaran sebagaimana dimaksud pada angka 1 huruf b di atas terdiri dari :
      1. Surat Lamaran dengan ditulis tangan;
      2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup sesuai formulir yang dapat di-download/unduh disini;
      3. Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4x6 (berwarna) sebanyak 3 lembar
        (Bagian belakang foto ditulisi nama dan jurusan studi pelamar);
      4. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku;
      5. Fotokopi ijazah (S1) dan transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisir (cap dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Dekan/Pembantu Dekan I/Direktur Program. Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/Ijazah Sementara tidak dapat diterima;
      6. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran.
    3. Berkas Lamaran sebagaimana disebutkan pada angka 2 di atas, disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dimasukkan dalam map (warna bebas) dengan bagian depan map ditempeli print out bukti registrasi pendaftaran.
    4. Berkas lamaran sebagaimana disebutkan dalam angka 3 kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna coklat dan diberi KODE JURUSAN sesuai angka I Formasi pada kanan atas amplop.
    5. Panitia hanya menerima lamaran yang dilampiri print out register pendaftaran dan disampaikan melalui PO BOX tersebut di atas serta tidak menerima lamaran dengan format lain.
    6. Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran.
    7. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan diproses.
    8. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia tidak dapat diminta kembali.
  4. TAHAPAN DAN PELAKSANAAN SELEKSI
    1. Seleksi penerimaan CPNS dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut :
      1. Administratif;
      2. Pengetahuan Umum, meliputi :
        1. Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA);
        2. TOEFL; dan
        3. Tes Pengetahuan Bahasa Indonesia (TPBI);
      3. Psikotes; serta
      4. Wawancara.
    2. Pelamar yang telah memenuhi ketentuan pendaftaran dan persyaratan administratif akan dipanggil untuk mengikuti tahap seleksi Penerimaan CPNS berikutnya.
    3. Setiap Pelamar yang berhak mengikuti seleksi akan diumumkan per tahap melalui website CPNS BPK-RI.
    4. Surat panggilan untuk mengikuti ujian per tahap akan dikirim ke alamat peserta.
    5. Pelaksanaan seleksi penerimaan CPNS akan dilaksanakan secara serempak di seluruh Indonesia berdasarkan pilihan lokasi ujian sebagaimana tercantum dalam website Penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI.
    6. Kartu Peserta Ujian (KPU) harus diambil sendiri oleh peserta ujian di kantor BPK sesuai dengan lokasi ujian dan jadwal waktu pengambilan dengan menunjukkan Surat Panggilan beserta kartu identitas diri (KTP asli) peserta.
    7. Jadwal pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian akan diumumkan melalui website Penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI.
    8. Apabila peserta belum menerima surat panggilan per pos, maka pengumuman melalui website CPNS BPK-RI dapat dianggap sebagai surat panggilan setelah dilaporkan dan dinyatakan benar oleh Panitia.
    9. Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS per tahap dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan Keputusan kelulusan yang ditetapkan oleh Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
  5. LAIN-LAIN
    1. Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPK-RI sama sekali tidak dipungut biaya.
    2. Berkas Lamaran yang dikirim kepada Panitia Penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI Tahun 2007/2008 sebelum pengumuman ini diterbitkan dianggap tidak berlaku dan tidak diproses untuk pelaksanaan seleksi.
    3. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus pada tahap terakhir dan akan diangkat menjadi CPNS BPK RI wajib menyerahkan Ijazah Asli sesuai formasi untuk disimpan pada Biro SDM BPK RI selama 4 Tahun.
    4. Bagi mereka yang telah dinyatakan lulus pada tahap akhir seleksi dan akan diproses untuk pengusulan sebagai CPNS BPK-RI tetapi mengundurkan diri dan atau apabila selama dalam jangka waktu 4 (empat) tahun ikatan wajib kerja yang telah diperjanjikan mengundurkan diri diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi sebesar Rp 20.000.000,- (dua puluh juta rupiah) untuk disetorkan ke Kas Negara.
    5. Apabila dalam jangka waktu ikatan wajib kerja tersebut, CPNS atau PNS tidak melakukan kewajibannya dan atau melarikan diri dari kewajibannya dan atau setelah diumumkannya hasil seleksi tahap akhir penerimaan CPNS BPK-RI diketahui adanya data atau ketentuan yang tidak benar, BPK-RI akan membatalkan kelulusan/proses pengusulan menjadi CPNS, memberhentikan sebagai PNS serta melakukan proses hukum sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
    6. Pada saat mengambil Kartu Peserta Ujian, peserta diharuskan menyerahkan Surat Pernyataan Bersedia Membayar Ganti Rugi bermeterai Rp 6.000,00 sesuai contoh dalam website CPNS BPK RI.

  6. PENEMPATAN
    1. Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil hasil penyaringan tahun 2007/2008 akan ditempatkan pada Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Perwakilan BPK-RI diseluruh Indonesia untuk mengisi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia sesuai formasi yang ditetapkan.
    2. Bagi Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan diterima dan diangkat sebagai CPNS, yang bersangkutan tidak dapat menolak/menunda penempatan dengan alasan apapun.
