Country Services Lead - Microsoft Indonesia


Services Lead is responsible for 2 functionS in Microsoft.

Microsoft Consulting Services -

Providing paid consulting services and complex IT/IS solutions to key
clients. These services are mainly provided in a form of one-off projects to
deploy Microsoft infrastructure, to properly organize and manage operations
of Microsoft infrastructure, to build solutions on top of Microsoft
"application servers", to guide and support customers on Microsoft
technologies, methodologies and their usage and deployment through projects
and "Enterprise Strategy Consulting", and to support partners through joint
projects ensuring partners' new technology adoption.

Premier Support

Premier Support provides paid technical support to Microsoft's key customers
and partners. It includes reactive services - hotline and on-site problem
resolution (cascaded to and provided by the global Microsoft hotline support
function), proactive - "health-check" type of services and workshops,
technical account management. Country Services Lead is a member of Microsoft
Indonesia Management Team, reports to the Country Manager, with a dotted
line report to the Regional Services Director. He/She will manage a team
of approx. 40 people through approx. 6 direct reports, and will be
responsible for managing P&L, business development, and people development
for the two functions within his/her responsibility.


. 10 - 15 years experience in professional services or solution
oriented company (preferrably high-technology sector) combining relevant
work in technology leadership & strategic planning for profesional services
and consulting.

. Strong and proven management and people skills. Must have the
background to provide leadership in the practice and a demonstrated
effectiveness in consulting sales, delivery and support as well as client

. Must have senior business skills in order to coach management
team to develop great strategic thinking about their business

. Ability to shape thinking for future oppt. and how sell and grow
consulting solutions services to increase product sales in Indonesia and how
to successfully deliver offerings, solutions and support while maintaining
high customers and partners satisfaction in an efficient organization.
